What is your favorite memory of high school?

One of my favorite memories I have from high school is while being here at Insight, my English teacher in the 12th grade asked me if I could help other students. Now it might seem small, but I was happy that she found me reliable, helpful, and kind enough to help students if they needed it.

Is there a staff member who has gone beyond for you? If so, who? How have they gone beyond?

Multiple of my teachers throughout my school years here were very open and willing to help whenever I needed it. One is Ms. Etim. Throughout my school year I had a lot of questions, and I was always emailing her. She was always patient, helpful, and responded quickly. She always provided answers to my questions, and if she didn't know the answer, she would go out of her way to provide other sources that could help.

As Centaurs, we stand front and center. What do you stand front and center for?

I stand front and center in my faith with God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. He helped me when I was feeling stressed with school, sad, joyful, and when I wanted to give up. He never left me nor forsake me, and is always there for me. 2 Corinthians 5:7  James 1:2-4

What does it mean to you to be a Centaur?

I believe that you should be kind, loving to everyone, and  stand strong in who you are.
 

What are your plans after graduation?

My plan after graduation is to keep going with God. I also want to volunteer at places and help people, because it's fun and makes me happy.

What advice would you give someone just starting high school?

Advice I would give to someone who is just starting high school is to not be afraid to ask questions, and it's okay to make mistakes. When you ask questions, you're helping not just yourself, but anyone else who might need it. A mistake isn't a setback, it's to help you learn and to keep going. Don't give up, and stay strong in your Faith.
